Privacy Policy — TopRadio

This Privacy Policy applies to the TopRadio mobile application (the "App"), published by U11 Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"), operator of Top Radio Vancouver. Contact: support@u11.ca · topradio.ca

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or device identifiers, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

2. What the App Does Over the Network

To function, the App makes requests to our own servers at topradio.ca and admin.topradio.ca to:

• stream live radio audio;
• retrieve the current song title and artist ("now playing" metadata);
• retrieve promotional banner images and a configuration file.

These requests are made over HTTPS. Like any web server, ours may log standard technical information (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not linked to any identity and are not shared or sold.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores no personal data on your device. Temporary image caching is used only to display banners faster and is managed by the operating system.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

Event banners in the App may link to third-party websites (for example, event ticketing pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. We have no personal data to share.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
